Meet the Team

Dr. Jodian Manderson has been a committed member of the dental profession since 2007, when she earned her licensure and Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. In 2014, she further advanced her qualifications by completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Northern Caribbean University in Mandeville, Jamaica. Driven by a passion for excellence and a desire to serve at the highest level, she went on to complete her Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) training and is now a licensed dentist in Jamaica.

Dr. Manderson is a dedicated, purpose-driven clinician known for her compassion, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to community empowerment and holistic well-being. With her strong foundation in health education and patient-centered care, she consistently brings organization, empathy, and strong leadership to every clinical and community setting. Her mission is to improve the lives of individuals and families through education, access to quality dental care, and meaningful engagement.

She currently serves as the Clinical Director at Emirates Facial and Dental Implant Center, the first and only all–multi-specialty dental center in the English-speaking Caribbean. Her work is marked by a calm, solutions-oriented approach and an exceptional ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Whether delivering comprehensive dental care, guiding patients through treatment plans, coordinating community health initiatives, supporting mental wellness efforts, or contributing creatively to ministry and service projects, Dr. Manderson brings excellence, integrity, and heart to everything she does.

Despite her many achievements, Dr. Manderson considers her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment to be her roles outside the clinic—a devoted wife, a mother to two energetic boys, and a lifelong Seventh-day Adventist Christian, whose faith continues to ground and guide her life’s purpose.
